Bangalore, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Accenture has announced the appointment of Raghavendra Rao as Managing Director and Global Head of Analyst Relations and Network of Centers, Marketing and Communications. In this global leadership mandate, Raghavendra will oversee Accenture’s analyst relations strategy and the integrated marketing and communications framework for its Network of Centers, further strengthening the firm’s global market positioning, brand influence, and thought leadership.
Raghavendra brings more than 22 years of experience within Accenture, where he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s global marketing and communications direction across several high-impact leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Marketing + Communications Lead for Accenture Operations and Centers, driving brand visibility, integrated campaigns, and strategic engagement across markets. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director, Marketing and Communications for Accenture Technology, leading global initiatives that highlighted Accenture’s innovation and digital capabilities.
Before joining Accenture, Raghavendra built a strong foundation in corporate communications, brand management, and public relations through impactful roles at Deutsche Software (Deutsche Bank Group), IPAN (a Hill & Knowlton associate), and Weber Shandwick. He also gained experience as an independent marketing consultant with Corporate Image and Public Relations, advising organizations on brand reputation, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy.
