Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 – Grrow Property Management Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in property and real estate solutions, has announced the appointment of Anchit Wadhwa as Vice President – Sales. Anchit brings over 13 years of diverse experience across HR leadership, business strategy, and organizational transformation, having worked with renowned organizations such as Kognoz, ANAND Group India, Indus Towers Limited, Samsung Electronics, and Hero MotoCorp.
In his new role at Grrow, Anchit will spearhead the Sales function, driving strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s market positioning and growth across India. His mandate includes strengthening Grrow’s brand presence, expanding its pan-India footprint, and delivering customer-centric, value-driven real estate and property management solutions in one of India’s most competitive markets.
Before joining Grrow Property Management Pvt. Ltd., Anchit Wadhwa was a Partner at Kognoz, where he contributed to large-scale business and people transformation mandates, supporting organizations in enhancing performance, agility, and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to that, he served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resource at Gabriel India Limited, where he played a strategic role in workforce planning, capability development, and employee engagement across multiple manufacturing locations.
Earlier, Anchit spent nearly four years with ANAND Group India as Senior Manager – HR, where he led talent and organizational development initiatives across group companies. Before that, he worked at Indus Towers Limited as Manager – Talent Management, and at Samsung Electronics as Deputy Manager – HR Planning and Management, driving workforce optimization and HR analytics projects.
Anchit began his career at Hero MotoCorp Ltd., where he spent over four years in Talent Management, leading initiatives in leadership development and performance enhancement. His career reflects a seamless integration of HR and business leadership, positioning him uniquely to lead Grrow’s commercial expansion with a people-first, strategy-led mindset.
Anchit holds a PGDM in Human Resources from IMI Delhi and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Manipal Institute of Technology. He has also pursued executive programs in Business Acumen and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Strategic Decision Making from The University of Texas at Austin, deepening his strategic and analytical expertise.
