London, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Schroders, the global investment management firm, has announced the appointment of Paul Fletcher as Global Chief Marketing Officer – Wealth Management, marking a key addition to its global leadership team. With more than 20 years of strategic marketing and customer experience leadership in financial services, Paul brings a deep understanding of global wealth markets, brand positioning, and client engagement across multi-channel environments.
In his new role, Paul will lead the global marketing strategy for Schroders’ Wealth Management division, focusing on deepening client relationships, enhancing digital engagement, and strengthening brand visibility across key international markets. He will work closely with Schroders’ senior leadership to drive integrated marketing initiatives that support the firm’s long-term vision of sustainable and client-centric growth.
Before joining Schroders, Paul served as Customer & Marketing Director for Insurance, Wealth & Retirement at Aviva, where he played a central role in advancing customer-led transformation initiatives, optimizing brand communication, and delivering strong business performance across digital and wealth segments.
Previously, Paul held senior leadership roles at NatWest Group, where he was Marketing Director for Wealth Businesses, leading marketing for Coutts, Affluent, and Asset Management. Earlier, as Head of Marketing at Coutts and Adam & Company, he was part of the Executive Committee and instrumental in redefining the marketing approach for one of the UK’s most prestigious wealth management brands.
Paul’s career includes notable leadership positions at London & Capital, where he served as Partner and Head of Marketing, Products and Services, and at Deutsche Bank, where he was Global Head of Equities Marketing. His earlier experience spans across financial communications at UBS Investment Bank, Duke Street, and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), highlighting his broad expertise across institutional, retail, and private wealth marketing.
