Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — LeadSquared has announced the appointment of Chandra Sahal as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing a deep and diverse global finance background spanning technology, healthcare, analytics, consumer brands, and enterprise SaaS. In his new role, Chandra will steer financial strategy, governance, and multi-country operational scalability as LeadSquared continues its rapid global expansion.
Before joining LeadSquared, Chandra Sahal served as Chief Financial Officer at Vee Healthtek for nearly two years, where he oversaw enterprise-wide financial operations, global compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. His leadership contributed to operational stability and performance improvement across the organization’s healthcare technology footprint.
Prior to Vee Healthtek, he served as CFO at Excelra Knowledge Solutions, contributing over a year of senior financial leadership. At Excelra, he played a central role in strategic planning, financial governance, and business growth across the life sciences and data-analytics environment, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and commercial decision frameworks.
Earlier, Chandra spent around one year as Head of Finance at GOAT Brand Labs, where he led the finance function along with legal, compliance, investor relations, and commercial decision-making. His responsibilities included managing debt and equity processes, driving brand acquisitions and integrations, and enhancing working capital and treasury efficiencies during a phase of rapid business expansion.
Before his leadership stints at Excelra and GOAT, Chandra built an extensive eight-year career at Wipro, rising through multiple senior finance roles including Head of Finance, Regional CFO, Finance Head – Lifesciences Vertical, Country Finance Head – Africa, and Business Finance Manager. His responsibilities spanned global revenue management, multi-country P&Ls, deal structuring, IFRS/GAAP compliance, pricing strategy, forecasting, margin improvement, financial controls, and team leadership across regions such as India, Latin America, Canada, and Africa.
In the initial phase of his career, Chandra strengthened his analytical and financial foundations through roles at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics and Infosys. His early experience included global equity strategy projects, macro-level investment research, and fixed-income analysis across sectors such as telecom and utilities—shaping the depth he brings to financial modeling, research-based decision-making, and strategic business insights.
