Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Ramit Singh has begun a new role as the Chief Marketing Officer at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, marking an important career milestone in India’s rapidly evolving healthcare and patient experience landscape. In this leadership role, Ramit will work closely with the hospital’s senior leadership, clinicians and operational teams to create meaningful healthcare engagement initiatives that deepen community trust, patient awareness and care continuity. He shared that stepping into this role fills him with energy, gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility as he looks forward to driving purpose-led brand building for one of India’s most respected healthcare institutions.
Before joining Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, Ramit spent nearly five years at Apollo 24|7, one of India’s leading health-tech and omnichannel care platforms. His most recent role was Vice President — Omnichannel Growth and Marketing, where he led integrated strategies across CRM, brand, loyalty, data and acquisition journeys. Prior to this, he served as Vice President & Head of Growth and Head of Growth, where he built and scaled the growth function from inception, strengthened cross-functional alignment and launched omni-experience models focused on sustainable patient engagement and digital adoption across pharmacy, diagnostics and telehealth.
Earlier in his journey, Ramit spent more than two years at OYO, where he held roles including Director — Digital & Growth Marketing and Senior Manager — Growth and Content Marketing. In these roles, he led GTM experimentation across global markets, spearheaded data-driven performance initiatives and built scalable digital frameworks to strengthen the company’s ecosystem of offerings in multiple international regions.
Before OYO, Ramit gained experience through leadership positions across India’s telecommunications and digital commerce ecosystem. His tenure at Airtel, Vodafone, DishTV, and OnMobile Global Limited strengthened his expertise across product management, customer acquisition, revenue strategy, lifecycle marketing and channel expansion. Over the early years of his career, Ramit also founded and led a food startup, demonstrating entrepreneurial agility and early leadership appetite.
