Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, November 2025 — Sherief Al Gharabawy has begun a new leadership chapter as the Chief Business Development Officer at Arabian Group Holding (AGH). In this strategic role, he will lead business expansion initiatives across the group’s diverse portfolio while strengthening commercial partnerships, growth pathways, and market positioning across the UAE and broader region.
Before returning to AGH in this new capacity, Sherief served as Chief Executive Officer at Bravacasa, where he was responsible for steering business strategy, operational delivery, and client engagement across high-value commercial and residential interior projects. His leadership was grounded in operational excellence, contract execution, cost management, and customer-centric delivery methods.
Prior to Bravacasa, he served as Chief Executive Officer for ARCO Interiors L.L.C., overseeing the company’s transformation, business performance, and execution excellence across the UAE. He also held entrepreneurial leadership roles as Managing Partner of AA Turnkey, establishing businesses in interior contracting, MEP solutions, and hospitality operations — including the launch of NOOR Lounge — demonstrating both commercial foresight and operational agility.
Earlier in his career, Sherief led an extensive tenure with ARCO Interiors, serving nearly nine years as Managing Director, where he oversaw large-scale design, build, and fit-out projects across government, corporate, hospitality, and luxury markets. His experience reflects deep sectoral expertise across design coordination, project execution, stakeholder management, and end-to-end client experience leadership.
Sherief’s career foundation also includes leadership roles at INEX Interiors, Ishtar LLC, Kocache, and KYA Designers, where he developed strong technical, managerial, commercial, and design execution capabilities. Through these experiences, he built a strong foundation in engineering, site coordination, commercial negotiation, procurement strategy, cost management, and project lifecycle administration.
