Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States, November 2025 — Jessie Dearien has begun a new role as Chief Marketing Officer at Reece USA, marking an exciting new chapter in her career. In this executive capacity, she will steer the organization’s brand, digital strategy, customer experience, and growth agenda while contributing to the long-term vision of strengthening Reece USA’s presence across the plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and home innovation ecosystem.
Before joining Reece USA, Jessie most recently served at RS Americas, where she worked for more than five years, most recently as SVP, Group Marketing & Americas Customer Experience. As part of the Americas Executive Leadership Team, she led the end-to-end customer experience across brand, digital platforms, commercial innovation, digital engagement, and performance marketing to advance customer-centered growth and expansion.
Earlier at RS Americas, Jessie served as VP, Marketing & Digital Experience, Americas, where she led a digital-first transformation while driving brand alignment, increasing customer retention, and enabling eCommerce acceleration. Her work included leading the rebrand of the Americas business unit, implementing agile methodologies, and deploying advanced technology platforms such as HubSpot and Optimizely.
Before joining RS Americas, Jessie served as Head of QuanticMind Digital at QuanticMind, where she built a fully remote agency model and supported strategic new business opportunities in the predictive advertising domain. Her experience prior to that includes more than nine years at iProspect, where she progressed across roles including VP, Group Account Director | Global Performance Lead, Intel, VP, Head of Paid Search, and multiple digital leadership assignments overseeing major performance portfolios for clients across luxury, retail, and technology sectors.
Jessie’s earlier experience at iProspect includes roles such as Regional Director of Paid Search, Midwest, Account Director – Global Digital Strategies, and Account Supervisor/Account Leader, where she led multi-country digital campaigns, negotiated platform partnerships, and delivered high-impact omnichannel media programs for globally recognized brands including Hilton Worldwide, adidas, Intel, and Kellogg’s.
