Vadodara, Gujarat, India, November 2025 — Deepak Group Co. has announced the elevation of Mahesh Phadke, ACC (ICF) to Associate Vice President – Human Resources, a testament to his exceptional leadership and over two decades of expertise in human resources strategy, organization development, and leadership coaching.

Mahesh has been a key pillar of the Deepak Group Co. HR function for more than seven years, where he has spearheaded Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development initiatives across the enterprise. His efforts have been instrumental in shaping a high-performance culture, aligning talent with business growth, and embedding leadership excellence across multiple business verticals.

Before his current role, Mahesh served as Senior General Manager – Human Resources and General Manager – Human Resources at Deepak Group Co., where he led transformational HR programs focusing on leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and employee engagement frameworks. His strategic direction and people-first approach have strengthened the company’s position as an employer of choice in the chemical manufacturing sector.

Earlier, Mahesh held senior HR leadership roles at Godrej & Boyce, Atul Ltd, and Adani Group, where he managed large-scale HR operations, industrial relations, policy design, and capability enhancement projects across diverse business units. His journey began with JK Paper Ltd. and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where he built a strong foundation in training, performance management, and talent acquisition.

An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Mahesh is also known for his commitment to leadership development and organizational excellence. In his elevated role as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, he will continue to lead strategic HR transformation initiatives and nurture a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Deepak Group ecosystem.
