Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Kedaara Capital, one of India’s leading operationally oriented private equity firms, has announced the appointment of Anurag Saha as Senior Vice President – Talent. With over a decade of deep expertise spanning HR transformation, leadership development, and workforce strategy, Anurag will play a key role in advancing Kedaara’s people and talent agenda across its investment ecosystem.
Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Anurag was with Deloitte for three years, where he served as Director and Associate Director – Workforce Transformation. In this capacity, he led complex transformation mandates, helping organizations reimagine their talent and organizational strategies to drive business performance. His work at Deloitte positioned him as a trusted advisor to CXOs across industries, guiding them through large-scale HR transformations and future-of-work initiatives.
Earlier, Anurag was associated with Sun Pharma as HR Business Partner – Emerging Markets, where he led HR operations and strategy for 14 countries across the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He successfully standardized processes across regions, managed diverse teams, and supported business expansion in emerging markets.
Before Sun Pharma, Anurag began his consulting journey with Aon Hewitt, where he advised leading financial institutions on organization effectiveness, compensation design, and HR strategy. He started his career with ITC Limited as Assistant Manager – HR, managing end-to-end employee life cycle processes and labor relations at the India Tobacco Division.
Anurag holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur. His academic background combines strong analytical capabilities with deep human capital expertise.
In his new role at Kedaara Capital, Anurag will be responsible for building organizational leadership capability, strengthening human capital strategy, and partnering with portfolio companies to create scalable and high-performing talent ecosystems. His appointment underlines Kedaara’s commitment to investing in people as a key pillar of value creation.
