Berlin, Germany, May 2026 — Tatiana S. has started a new position as Director Total Rewards at Emerging Travel Group, where she will bring deep expertise in total rewards, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, people strategy, and organizational performance to support the company’s global travel-tech workforce.
Alongside her new role, Tatiana is also Co-Founder of IMPERIUM ACADEMY, a strategic learning institution focused on helping HR leaders, Total Rewards professionals, and managers build stronger business acumen, leadership judgment, and influence.
Before joining Emerging Travel Group, Tatiana served as Total Reward Manager at sennder. Earlier, she worked with inDrive, where she held roles as Total Reward Manager and Sr. HR BP Growth, contributing to rewards strategy, incentive programs, organizational design, and people management.
Previously, Tatiana served as Reward Director at Criteo and earlier as Head of C&B and HR Analytics at IPONWEB, which was acquired by Criteo. In these roles, she built strong experience across compensation planning, pay benchmarking, people analytics, HRIS, and rewards governance.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles with Philip Morris International as People and Culture Manager and Yandex as HR Business Partner, where she worked across employee engagement, people management, HR strategy, and organizational development.
