New York, United States, November 2025 — Bernard Lipman has begun a new chapter as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Mallilo & Grossman, ESQ., one of the largest and most respected personal injury law firms in Queens, New York. In this role, he partners closely with the firm’s Partners to strengthen financial stewardship, optimize operational performance, and enhance human capital systems across a high-volume, client-focused legal practice.
Before joining Mallilo & Grossman, Bernard spent nearly five years at HelloFresh in New York, where he most recently served as Director of Benefits. He led enterprise-wide benefits strategy, vendor management, and employee wellbeing programs, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the fast-scaling organization. Earlier, as Associate Director, Benefits, he supported national programs during a period of rapid organizational expansion.
Prior to HelloFresh, Bernard contributed more than nine years to the National Audubon Society, where he rose to the position of Director of Benefits. During his tenure, he led cross-functional HR, Finance, and Legal initiatives, redesigned health and retirement plans, and delivered millions in cost savings through strategic plan reviews and vendor negotiations. His tenure also included significant achievements in compliance, employee wellbeing, and benefits modernization.
Earlier in his career, Bernard held key benefits leadership roles at Pall Corporation and Amedisys, where he managed large-scale benefits programs, driven cost efficiencies, strengthened compliance, and enhanced communications across multi-location operations. His foundational experience includes HR and financial services leadership positions at Investec, Swissair/Sabena, Mendes & Mount, and Ernst & Young, where he developed deep expertise in benefits strategy, financial oversight, and compensation governance.
