With over three decades of leadership experience across Athenios Consulting Services, Innova Solutions, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Hindalco Industries Limited, and National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Ashish brings a powerful blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and business acumen to his new role.
As Chief Growth Officer, Ashish will lead CoreStack’s unified global growth agenda, driving expansion across industries, customer segments, and geographies. His focus will be on elevating enterprise adoption, strengthening ecosystem partnerships, accelerating customer momentum, and enhancing go-to-market synergies as CoreStack advances its leadership in the AI-led cloud governance space. His appointment reflects CoreStack’s continued commitment to scaling responsibly and investing in leadership excellence amid increasing enterprise demand for secure, compliant, and automated cloud operations.
Prior to joining CoreStack, Ashish was Founder and CEO at Athenios Consulting Services, where he advised enterprises and private equity firms on growth strategy, M&A, and market expansion in technology, engineering, and semiconductor sectors. He also served as President and SBU Head for the Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Technology (REMTT) business at Innova Solutions, where he led the creation of new business units, launched the Innova Engineering vertical, and drove substantial profitability and market visibility.
Earlier, Ashish spent six years at Wipro, where he served as Senior Vice President and Sector Head – Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, High-tech, and Semiconductor, leading a ~$1B portfolio and achieving record growth through strategic client partnerships and digital transformation programs. His tenure at Tata Consultancy Services spanned over two decades across leadership roles in P&L management, business development, client relations, and delivery leadership across global markets. He began his career as Assistant Director at National Power Training Institute (NPTI) and Control System Engineer at Hindalco Industries Limited, gaining early expertise in industrial engineering and process control.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Ashish is a published author of “The Growth Mandate: Leadership in an Exponential World” and a recognized thought leader featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and other global business platforms. His perspectives on growth leadership, transformation, and innovation continue to influence strategic leaders worldwide.
Ashish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur, an Executive MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School, and has completed executive education programs at The Wharton School and Columbia Business School.
