Israel, November 2025 — Sarit Rubin has started a new position as the Chief Executive Officer at PaiDevo, taking the helm of an ambitious AI-powered education technology company focused on redefining personalized learning. In her new role, she will lead PaiDevo’s strategic vision, product acceleration, organizational scale-up, and global market expansion as the company builds transformative adaptive learning solutions for the EdTech, corporate training, and defence learning sectors.
Before joining PaiDevo, Sarit most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fetcherr, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 27 to more than 165 employees. She oversaw the full spectrum of operational functions, established the Project Management Office, strengthened enterprise client relationships, scaled R&D delivery, built HR operations from the ground up, and led major workflow and efficiency improvements across production, IT, and security.
Prior to Fetcherr, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Comsec (later acquired by Hub Security), where she directed operational strategy, Delivery, PMO, HR, and IT for a 70-member organization in the cybersecurity domain. She developed business plans aligned with long-term goals, implemented performance-management systems, strengthened global HR functions, and championed a high-performance culture in a mission-critical cyber environment.
Earlier in her career, Sarit was Global Human Resources Manager at Elmo Motion Control, managing HR activities across EMEA, APAC, and US subsidiaries, and advancing HR systems, recruitment, retention, and automation initiatives. Before that, she served as VP HR at Care Medical Services, where she helped scale the organization from 150 to 850 employees while strengthening recruitment, retention, performance, and compensation structures.
In her early professional journey, Sarit held key HR leadership roles at Migdal Capital Markets, Shlomo Group, and Holmes Place International, where she consistently built high-growth teams, launched HR functions, introduced compensation and performance systems, and developed critical workforce operations across large multi-site organizations.
