Seattle, Washington, United States, December 2025 — Brooks Thompson has started a new position as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at WatchMeGrow, taking on a pivotal leadership role to drive revenue acceleration, commercial strategy, customer growth, and market expansion for one of North America’s most widely used AI-powered video streaming platforms for early childhood education and care.
Prior to joining WatchMeGrow, Brooks Thompson served at Lighthouse in a series of senior leadership roles over nearly sixteen years, most recently as Executive Director, Spectra Operations and Support. In this capacity, he led teams responsible for customer acquisition, subscription growth, B2C strategy, and multi-functional operations, driving results across Lighthouse’s Spectra portfolio with a strong focus on technology-enabled client solutions. His tenure also included roles such as Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director of Spectra Operations and Support, shaping Lighthouse’s customer experience and operational excellence across the Seattle region.
Before stepping into senior leadership roles, Brooks developed deep expertise in eDiscovery operations and client service delivery as Associate Director, Client Services, Senior Technical Project Manager, and Technical Project Manager at Lighthouse. Across these roles, he partnered with attorneys, enterprise clients, and legal professionals to manage complex eDiscovery workflows, mitigate project risks, implement process improvements, and oversee full lifecycle client engagement. His work was pivotal in strengthening Lighthouse’s technological solutions portfolio and customer delivery capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Brooks Thompson built foundational expertise in national client solutions as National Client Solutions Consultant, National Client Solutions Coordinator, and in earlier roles within Lighthouse’s client solutions organization. During this period, he played an essential role in developing customer relationships, managing demanding project environments, coordinating technical deliverables, and contributing to Lighthouse’s early growth trajectory across the United States.
In addition to his corporate career, Brooks serves as a Board Member for the Friends of Hawthorne Elementary Foundation Inc, where he contributes to community development initiatives and educational support programs in Seattle.
