Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States, December 2025 — Erin Lockett has started a new position as Vice President of People and Investor Experience at VENU. In this strategic dual-role, she provides integrated leadership across people experience and investor experience, directly shaping both internal engagement and the organisation’s external reputation as VENU scales its entertainment and hospitality footprint.
At VENU, Erin Lockett has already held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Premium Services and Human Resources Manager based in Colorado, United States. In these roles, she worked across business development, customer retention, recruiting and training, building a strong understanding of VENU’s premium guest experience and people priorities before stepping into her new, combined mandate.
Previously, Erin served as Human Resources Manager at Sunshine Behavioral Health in Monument, Colorado, United States. In this capacity, she worked across recruiting, training and multiple HR domains, supporting a mission-driven organisation in the behavioural health space and strengthening her expertise in people operations.
Earlier, Erin Lockett was Human Resources Director at Griffith Centers, where she led HR across a broad portfolio of responsibilities including recruiting and training, while managing a wide range of people-related initiatives to support organisational effectiveness and employee development.
Before moving fully into HR leadership, Erin held operations-focused roles, including Director of Operations at CBA Baseball and Executive Manager of HR / Operations at Kohl’s. These assignments combined business development, finance, operations and people responsibilities, giving her a strong commercial and customer-centric lens that now informs her integrated focus on people and investor experience at VENU.
VENU is an entertainment and hospitality company built “by fans and for fans,” focused on creating extraordinary experiences that deeply resonate with its community. It designs revolutionary destinations that bring people together through the power of music, shared connection and luxury.
Founded in 2017 by JW Roth in Colorado Springs, VENU began with Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern and The Hall at Bourbon Brothers, later expanding to Gainesville, Georgia. Its portfolio includes intimate venues and large-format destinations such as the Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, which enjoyed a sold-out inaugural season. With features like Luxe FireSuites at every Sunset Amphitheater and Ford, VENU has redefined the concert experience by combining world-class music, fine dining and exceptional hospitality. The company is now expanding into Texas and Oklahoma with state-of-the-art venues that continue to transform how fans experience live entertainment.
