Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 — Jurgita Penikiene has joined DSV – Global Transport and Logistics as Vice President – Chief People Officer for the Middle East & Africa (MEA). Based in Dubai, she will lead the region’s people strategy, focusing on HR transformation, talent development, and fostering a high-performance culture across diverse markets in MEA.
Prior to this, Jurgita served at DB Schenker for over 17 years, holding several strategic HR roles. Most recently, she was Chief People Officer MEA, where she led human capital initiatives, championed coaching and mentoring practices, and advanced HR transformation across the region. Earlier, she was HR Business Partner for Middle East & Africa, and also contributed as Program Lead for Diversity & Inclusion, where she advanced DEI priorities across multiple geographies.
Before her leadership roles, she served as Manager of Organizational Development, Manager of Strategic HR Projects, and HR Manager during her early years at DB Schenker, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and capability building.
She also worked with Synergium as HR Manager, and BITĖ Lietuva as Employee Information Manager, where she contributed to operational HR and people data systems.
