Dhaka, Bangladesh, December 2025 — Anindita Trisha has started a new position as Head of Human Resources – BD at Reckitt. Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, she steps into this leadership role with a strong blend of talent, OD, HRBP and cross-functional people leadership experience across global and high-growth organisations.
Her appointment signals Reckitt’s continued focus on strengthening its people agenda in Bangladesh, aligning talent, culture and organisation effectiveness with business growth priorities.
Prior to this move, Anindita Trisha served as Lead Talent Management, OD & Sr. HRBP Commercial at Perfetti Van Melle in Bangladesh for nearly two years. In this role, she led key initiatives across talent management, organisation development and commercial HR partnering.
Before Perfetti Van Melle, she was with TotalEnergies for about five years in Gulshan, Dhaka, including roles such as Lead HR, Internal Communication & Innovation and a short stint as Lead HR & Company Secretary. Her responsibilities spanned manpower planning, recruitment, training, HR process delivery, succession planning, employee engagement, internal communications and group HR projects.
Earlier, she worked as an HR Business Partner at iPay Bangladesh for over three years, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver HR processes, manage cross-functional HR projects and drive performance and organisational effectiveness.
She also spent nearly four years at Unilever in Dhaka, including roles such as FN Capability & Operations Responsible and HR & Admin Coordinator, building early capabilities in recruitment, learning support, HR operations and employee engagement. Her career foundation includes an internship with Interspeed in Dhaka.
