Hubli, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Jagdish Bapat has joined Value Health Inc as the new Head of HR Operations, marking a significant return to corporate leadership after his recent tenure in academia, consulting, and sustainable agriculture. In this new role, Jagdish will be responsible for shaping and leading HR operations in alignment with Value Health’s mission to accelerate patient health outcomes through digital transformation in the healthcare ecosystem.
Jagdish Bapat brings over four decades of diverse leadership experience across global and regional organizations, spanning human resources, learning & development, sales, and operations. Prior to joining Value Health Inc, he served on the Advisory Board of ErgoTalent, a boutique HR consulting firm, where he contributed to leadership development strategies and organizational effectiveness programs. He also led the School of Management Studies and Research at KLE Technological University, steering academic leadership and curriculum innovation.
His commitment to sustainability is evident in his work as a vermicomposter and organic farmer at Sri Samrudhi Biotech, promoting chemical-free agriculture practices. He also served as an Advisor to the Food and Agriculture Innovation Program at Deshpande Foundation, bringing strategic insights to grassroots innovation and enterprise development.
Earlier, Jagdish was a senior HR and L&D leader at Aditya Birla Group (Grasim Industries), where he was instrumental in driving talent initiatives and business-aligned learning frameworks. Over the first three decades of his career, he held influential HR and business roles at organizations including Pfizer, Tata Motors, Hindustan Lever (HUL), Alfa Laval, LG Soft, Virtusa, Mascon Global, and the Azim Premji Foundation. His early career spans transformational assignments across industrial relations, HR strategy, and sales, showcasing his multi-disciplinary strengths.
