Srikanth Padmanabhan Begins New Chapter as Member of the Board of Directors at Terex Corporation

Norwalk, Connecticut, United States, December 2025 – Terex Corporation (NYSE:TEX) has announced that Srikanth Padmanabhan has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2025. With a distinguished career spanning more than three decades at Cummins Inc., Srikanth brings to Terex a wealth of global experience in operations, strategy, and business transformation across industrial manufacturing and power solutions.

Commenting on the appointment, David A. Sachs, Non-Executive Chairman of Terex Corporation, stated: “We look forward to Srikanth’s valuable insights and perspectives, which will complement the experience of our current board. Srikanth is an executive with a proven track record of driving significant business growth and value.”

Srikanth Padmanabhan most recently served as President, Operations at Cummins Inc., where he was instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s energy transition strategy. His leadership spanned critical areas of business operations and global regions.

Prior to this, Srikanth held the role of President of the Engine Business at Cummins Inc. for nearly eight years. Under his leadership, this $12 billion segment delivered power solutions to commercial and industrial customers across 190+ countries, with a team of over 15,000 employees.

He earlier served as Vice President and General Manager, and Managing Director of Cummins Generator Technologies, successfully leading global divisions with significant revenue responsibilities and operational footprints in multiple continents.

Srikanth’s tenure at Cummins began in 1991, during which he also held roles such as Plant Manager, Country Manager (Mexico), and Business Manager, gaining hands-on leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, and business operations.

Education

Srikanth holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, an Advanced Management Program (AMP) credential from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
