In her new role, Ashley will be responsible for shaping HR strategies, aligning employee wellness initiatives, and supporting organizational growth across the company’s wellness and aesthetic services platform.
Prior to joining Formula Wellness, Ashley Williams served as Human Resources Director at Platinum Dermatology Partners for five years, where she oversaw strategic HR functions including employee relations, compliance, M&A, and field operations. Her leadership played a key role in enabling scalable HR practices during a phase of active clinical network expansion.
Earlier, she held the role of Human Resources Director at Modoma, where she led HR operations in the wellness and healthcare services domain. Before that, she spent nearly five years at UniversalMed Supply – Dusara Corporation Affiliate, where she held multiple roles including Director of Human Resources & Operations, Operations Manager, and Account Manager, gaining deep expertise in HR, operations, and client services within the medical equipment industry.
Complementing her corporate leadership, Ashley Williams is also a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) currently affiliated with VitalMind Wellness, where she supports professionals and individuals in navigating workplace stress, leadership challenges, and personal development. Her clinical experience also includes working at New Roots Counseling and interning at Lifeologie Counseling, where she specialized in therapy, CBT, DBT, and career counseling. This unique dual expertise makes her well-positioned to champion both organizational performance and employee well-being.
