Redwood City, California, United States, December 2025 – Katrina Georgiou has taken on an expanded leadership role as Head of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at Box, strengthening the company’s focus on integrated talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives spanning talent development, performance systems, succession planning, manager capability building, and executive development.
In her current role at Box, Katrina Georgiou is responsible for driving talent strategy and organizational success, overseeing learning and development, performance frameworks, succession planning, and employee experience programs. Her mandate reflects Box’s continued emphasis on aligning people strategy with business growth and long-term organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this role expansion, she served as Senior Director, People Strategy & Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at Box, where she partnered closely with executive leadership to deliver cross-functional people initiatives. Her work included enterprise planning, organizational design, change management, M&A integration, and programs supporting talent development and business growth across the organization.
Earlier at Box, Katrina held leadership roles within global talent acquisition, including Senior Director and Director, Global Technical Recruiting. In these roles, she led technical recruiting across engineering, product, design, security, and tech operations teams in the United States and EMEA, while scaling teams and processes to support high-growth hiring, including the launch of a new R&D hub in Poland.
Before joining Box, Katrina spent nearly four years at Reddit, Inc., where she led global recruiting during a period of rapid organizational scale. Her work included building foundational hiring infrastructure, university recruiting programs, internal mobility frameworks, and diversity-focused recruiting initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked with Connery Consulting, partnering with high-growth startups to build recruiting infrastructure and deliver full-cycle hiring support.
