Miles F. Appointed as Senior Director, People Partnerships – Americas at Electronic Arts (EA)

Los Angeles, California, United States, December 2025 – Miles F. has started a new position as Senior Director, People Partnerships – Americas at Electronic Arts (EA). In this role, he leads People Partnerships (HR) teams across the United States, Canada, and South America, supporting EA’s studios and functions as they continue to deliver next-level entertainment experiences to players worldwide.

In his current role as Senior Director, People Partnerships – Americas at Electronic Arts, Miles F. oversees regional people strategy and execution across the Americas, guiding teams that support creative, technology-driven environments at scale. His appointment reflects EA’s confidence in his ability to align HR strategy with business priorities across diverse studios and geographies.

Prior to this elevation, he served as Director, People Partnerships / US Practices Lead at Electronic Arts, where he led HR teams across the US and Canada, supporting approximately 3,000 employees across nine game studios. In this role, he partnered closely with senior leaders, ensured regulatory compliance, and drove enterprise initiatives spanning contractor utilization, pay transparency, COVID response planning, and performance process enhancements.

Earlier at EA, Miles F. worked as Human Resources Director (Studios) and Senior Human Resources Manager, deepening his expertise in studio-based HR leadership, workforce planning, and talent programs within highly creative, fast-paced environments.

Before joining Electronic Arts, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at ICM Partners, where he built and led HR operations for a growing global talent agency, partnering on organizational restructuring, M&A initiatives, and workforce planning while establishing lifecycle-focused people programs. His prior experience also includes impactful HR leadership roles at Riot Games, Tribune Publishing Company, 21st Century Fox, Universal Studios Hollywood, CODA Automotive, FOX Sports, and E! Networks, building a strong foundation across media, entertainment, gaming, and technology-driven organizations.
