Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Vishal has started a new position as Head – Leasing, Adani Airport City Ltd. at the Adani Group. In this role, he will lead leasing strategy for Adani Airport City developments, driving value creation and revenue generation across large-scale, mixed-use commercial assets within airport-centric ecosystems.
Immediately prior to joining Adani Group, Vishal served for around two years as Chief Leasing Officer at L&T Realty. There, he focused on accelerating growth and innovation while maximizing value and revenues from a pan-India portfolio of commercial assets spanning more than 75 million square feet, partnering closely with stakeholders across regions.
Before L&T Realty, Vishal spent over four years with Savills as Executive Director and Head – Commercial Transactions, where he spearheaded the establishment of the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in Mumbai, contributed to APAC BFSI strategies, served on India’s Diversity & Inclusion core committee, and mentored the launch of the Workthere platform in India.
Earlier, he was a core member of the executive board at CoWrks as Board Member & Revenue Director, leading revenue and growth initiatives across North and West India. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles with JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE, where he built and led commercial advisory, office leasing, industrial & logistics, and business development platforms in India’s major markets.
He began his professional journey in hospitality with ITC Limited, where he contributed to revenue management and sales & marketing at a flagship luxury hotel property—laying the foundation for a career focused on revenue optimization and asset monetization.
Vishal holds an MBA in Marketing & Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, providing a strong academic base for his commercial and operational leadership roles.
