Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 — Vineet Prasad has joined EXL as Vice President, strengthening EXL’s leadership as it continues to deliver outcome-driven digital, analytics, and transformation solutions for global clients. In this role, he will contribute to advancing data-led decision-making, scalable operating models, and high-impact delivery across engagements.
Prior to joining EXL, Vineet Prasad served as AVP – Data & Analytics Delivery Leader at Coforge, where he led large-scale analytics delivery for a global insurance partner, driving operational efficiency, governance, and value realization across programs.
Before Coforge, he was Associate Director at Incedo Inc., overseeing analytics and BI programs and partnering closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution. Earlier, he worked with Niva Bupa Health Insurance as Deputy Vice President – BI & Data Analytics, where he strengthened enterprise analytics, reporting, and decision support.
A significant phase of his career was spent at Incedo Inc. in a prior tenure as Senior Manager – Business Intelligence, following which he built deep BI architecture expertise at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd. as Chief Manager – BI Solution Architect. He also held BI leadership roles at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. and consulting roles at Baxter Healthcare, after beginning his career as a Software Developer at Satyam Computer Services Limited (now part of Tech Mahindra).
Across his career, Vineet Prasad has built strong capabilities in data & analytics delivery, BI architecture, digital transformation, program management, and leadership, consistently translating complex data environments into actionable business outcomes.
