Gurgaon, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Taruna Sharma has been promoted to the role of Associate Director – GPS Distribution – Regional Service and Support Lead at Fidelity International. In her expanded role, she will lead regional service and support responsibilities within the GPS Distribution function, strengthening client experience, cross-functional collaboration, and service excellence across the region.
Taruna Sharma brings over fourteen years of experience with Fidelity International, reflecting a steady progression across critical operations and service delivery roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as Senior Manager – Workplace Investing Service Delivery, where she focused on client relationships and service performance, building strong stakeholder partnerships across teams.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Manager – Workplace Investing Operations, contributing to operational effectiveness and delivery consistency. Her experience also includes serving as Manager – Global Workplace Investing Investment Reporting, where she supported reporting accuracy and operational governance, followed by Assistant Manager – Institutional Operations and Team Lead, roles that helped build her strong foundation in institutional services, people leadership, and process excellence.
Taruna Sharma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from ICFAI, which has supported her analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities throughout her career.
