Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Vineet Nanda has been appointed as Chief Business Officer at BPTP Ltd., where he will lead overall business strategy, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives across the company’s real estate portfolio.
In this role, Vineet is expected to drive market expansion, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate customer-centric growth, leveraging his deep understanding of residential and mixed-use real estate markets across North India. His appointment marks a strategic step in BPTP’s growth journey as the company continues to build large, integrated urban communities.
Prior to joining BPTP Ltd., Vineet Nanda served as Director – Sales & Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he played a defining role in transforming the company into one of Gurugram’s top-selling residential brands. Under his leadership, Krisumi scaled from early-stage sales to multi-thousand-crore launches, strengthened channel partner ecosystems, and redefined product positioning on the Dwarka Expressway.
Alongside his corporate leadership roles, Vineet has made significant institutional contributions as an Associate Member of FICCI and Chairman, Regional Urban Infrastructure Committee, where he contributed to policy whitepapers in collaboration with JLL, engaging with government stakeholders on the future of urban development and real estate professionalism.
Earlier, he held senior leadership positions including President – Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience at Central Park, President – Sales & Marketing at M3M India Private Limited, and Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Omaxe Limited, where he led large-scale sales organizations, township launches, and brand repositioning initiatives across North and West India.
In the earlier phase of his career, Vineet built strong commercial and distribution expertise through leadership roles in the automotive and consumer sectors, including Usha International, giving him a rare cross-sector perspective on brand building, channel management, and large-scale sales execution.
