Marshalltown, Iowa, United States, December 2025 — Bruin Manufacturing has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Bethel as its new Chief Technical Officer, recognizing his deep technical expertise, hands-on engineering leadership, and long-standing contribution to the company’s product innovation and manufacturing excellence.
In his new role, Jeffrey will lead technology strategy, advanced engineering, tooling innovation, and product development initiatives, strengthening Bruin Manufacturing’s capabilities across custom injection molding, tooling design, and next-generation prototyping.
Jeffrey Bethel has built his entire professional engineering career within advanced manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on mechanical design, tooling engineering, and production optimization. Prior to his appointment as CTO, he served as Engineering Team Lead at Bruin Manufacturing, where he guided multi-disciplinary engineering teams, optimized design workflows, and strengthened mold development and tooling processes.
Earlier at Bruin Manufacturing, Jeffrey progressed through the roles of Designer and Drafter, developing deep technical mastery across 3D CAD modeling, parametric mold design, injection molding, and manufacturing drawings — making him a natural leader to architect the company’s technical future.
Before joining Bruin, Jeffrey held engineering and drafting roles at CPM Roskamp Champion as Mechanical Drafter and at Productive Resources as Mechanical Designer, contributing to high-precision equipment design and manufacturing documentation. His early career also includes leadership and operations experience at Sports Page Sporting Goods and Foot Locker, shaping his people leadership foundation.
