Kuwait, December 2025 — Manoj Nandhiyalath has been appointed as Corporate Director – Human Resources & Administration at NBTC Group, one of the Middle East’s most respected EPC and diversified business conglomerates. In this expanded leadership role, he will lead group-wide HR governance, people strategy, workforce transformation, organizational development, and administration across NBTC’s multinational operations in Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia and India.
With nearly two decades of leadership within NBTC Group, Manoj Nandhiyalath has been a pivotal architect of the organisation’s HR transformation and people governance framework. Prior to his elevation, he served as General Manager – HR & Administration (Corporate), where he led enterprise HR strategy, executive reporting, organisational alignment, governance, compliance and large-scale change programs that strengthened operational performance and leadership capability across NBTC’s diversified businesses.
He earlier held the role of Deputy General Manager – HR & Administration, where he drove organisational restructuring, digital HR transformation, business modelling, and cultural change initiatives that supported NBTC’s rapid expansion into new geographies and business verticals.
Before this, he progressed through several senior leadership positions including Corporate Senior Manager – HR & Administration and Senior Human Resources Manager, playing a defining role in corporate governance, compliance, talent strategy, succession planning, multi-business HR integration, and start-up of new divisions within NBTC’s Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Catering and Technical Services verticals. His leadership has been central to building scalable HR architecture supporting NBTC’s long-term growth journey.
He began his HR leadership career at MRF Tyres Private Limited, where he spent around a decade leading plant HR, industrial relations, compliance, workforce restructuring, union negotiations, training design, employee engagement and governance programs, building deep expertise in large-scale industrial HR operations.
Manoj Nandhiyalath holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations from the University of Madras, equipping him with a strong academic foundation in strategic and industrial HR leadership.
