New Delhi, Delhi, India, December 2025 – Vinod Goel has been elevated to the expanded role of Group Chief Financial Officer and Head Legal & Corporate Governance at Panacea Biotec Limited, marking a major leadership milestone in his long and distinguished journey with the organization. In this enhanced mandate, he will lead the Group’s finance, legal, corporate governance, and compliance agenda across domestic and international operations.
At Panacea Biotec, Vinod Goel has spent more than two decades shaping the company’s corporate governance, legal frameworks, and financial stewardship. Prior to this elevation, he served as Group CFO and Head Legal & Company Secretary, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening governance structures, regulatory compliance, financial controls, and corporate secretarial leadership across group companies in India and overseas.
Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President – Legal & Company Secretary, and General Manager – Legal & Company Secretary, overseeing the legal and corporate secretarial departments of Panacea Biotec and its international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
Before joining Panacea Biotec, Vinod held the role of Company Secretary at Prakash Industries Limited, where he managed corporate law and company secretarial functions, laying the foundation for his long-standing expertise in corporate governance and regulatory leadership.
