Purchase, New York, United States, December 2025 — Ashley Hathaway has started a new position as HR Director at PepsiCo, taking on a key leadership role within the global food and beverage major’s North America people transformation agenda.
In her current role, Ashley Hathaway is responsible for driving human resources strategy, organizational transformation, change leadership, and workforce capability development across PepsiCo’s North America operations. Her appointment reflects PepsiCo’s continued investment in people leadership to support large-scale business transformation, culture building, and workforce excellence.
Prior to this promotion, Hathaway served as HR Senior Manager – North America Transformation at PepsiCo, where she led enterprise-wide change programs, transformation initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. She also held progressive HR leadership roles at PepsiCo including Change Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation and Human Resources Manager, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
Before joining PepsiCo, Hathaway built a strong foundation in HR leadership at Delta Air Lines and Lockheed Martin, where she held roles spanning labor relations, organizational development, workforce engagement, and HR business partnering.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
