Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, January 2026 — CP Axtra Public Company Limited has appointed Chaiwat Juthakorn as Director – HRBP Wholesales Operations. In this role, Chaiwat will lead HR business partnering for wholesale operations, focusing on building leadership pipelines, strengthening succession frameworks, and advancing enterprise learning ecosystems to support large-scale retail and food service operations.
With more than two decades of HR leadership across retail, food service, and hospitality businesses, Chaiwat is widely recognized for turning people capability into measurable business performance—designing HiPo strategies, leadership academies, digital learning platforms, and organizational capability frameworks that directly drive growth, profitability, and execution excellence across multi-brand outlet networks.
Prior to joining CP Axtra Public Company Limited, Chaiwat Juthakorn served as AVP of Human Resources at Minor Food, where he led HR for flagship brands including The Pizza Company and drove learning and development strategy for the Minor Food Group, building leadership pipelines and organizational capabilities aligned to business growth.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Minor Food including Senior Human Resources Director and Group Director – Leadership Academy, where he built enterprise-wide leadership academies, future skills frameworks, and organization design models that strengthened customer-centric capabilities and future-ready leadership.
He also served as Training Director at Minor Food, leading digital transformation of learning platforms, franchise academies, and L&D systems to drive operational excellence across large-scale franchise and corporate networks.
Chaiwat spent nearly a decade with Yum! Restaurants International, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles including Head of Training Department, Operations Training Manager, and CHAMPS Recognition Specialist, partnering with KFC and Pizza Hut operations to build national talent pipelines, leadership development programs, and HRBP support models across Thailand. He began his career in operations leadership as Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Theater Manager at SF Corporation, developing deep frontline and customer experience leadership capabilities.
He holds a Mini Master in HR Management from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA (Young Executive MBA) from NIDA Thailand.
