Boston, Massachusetts, United States, January 2026 — Michelle DiDomenico has started a new role as Senior Director, Talent Access at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals.
In her new position, Michelle is responsible for leading talent access strategies at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, supporting the company’s growth as it advances innovative therapies for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Her remit includes strengthening hiring capabilities, enabling access to specialized scientific and corporate talent, and aligning recruitment strategies with Madrigal’s long-term business and clinical objectives.
Prior to joining Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Michelle spent nearly four years at Moderna, where she held multiple senior leadership roles within talent acquisition. Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Leader, Recruiting Innovation, Talent Acquisition Programs and Employer Branding, focusing on innovation, AI-enabled recruitment, global employer branding, and early-career strategies. Earlier at Moderna, she led global and international talent acquisition for CMC, research, technical development, manufacturing, and R&D functions, supporting highly specialized scientific and development organizations.
Before Moderna, Michelle was Talent Acquisition Leader – Digital, Commercial & Corporate Functions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she supported hiring across digital, commercial, and corporate functions. She previously served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Americas at Citrix, leading regional talent acquisition strategy across the Americas.
Michelle also brings extensive global pharmaceutical recruitment experience from Sanofi, where she held several leadership roles including Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Head of Commercial Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she led large-scale commercial hiring initiatives, executive recruitment, expansion projects linked to product launches, and RPO strategy across Sanofi’s U.S. pharmaceutical and Genzyme businesses.
Earlier in her career, Michelle worked as Human Resources Business Partner at Harris RF Communications, supporting commercial, engineering, and R&D organizations, and previously held HR leadership roles at Cognex Corporation and Lifespan. She began her professional journey in human resources at Genuity, following an early commercial role at Sanofi that provided foundational business exposure.
