Milan Sheth Appointed as Partner & Global Lead – Tech & AI Services at EY

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Milan Sheth has taken on a new role as Partner & Global Lead – Tech & AI Services | Managed Services Alliances & Eco-system at EY, where he will spearhead global strategy and execution for technology- and AI-driven managed services, strengthening EY’s sector-focused operating models and ecosystem-led delivery platforms worldwide.

In his current role at EY, Milan Sheth is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive global managed services strategy that integrates data-led insights, platform innovation, and value realization frameworks to transform and optimize complex client operations across sectors. His leadership focuses on building scalable delivery models, strengthening alliance ecosystems, and driving multi-functional, sector-focused growth.

Prior to this, he served as Partner & COO – Global Managed Services at EY, where he played a pivotal role in building global operating models, governance frameworks, and performance-led execution structures that enabled rapid scaling of EY’s managed services platforms.

Before rejoining EY, he spent over four years at Automation Anywhere as EVP – EMIEA Region, where he led the company’s hyper-growth phase across India, the Middle East, and Africa. During this period, he established and scaled new regional markets, strengthened global account partnerships, and built high-performing leadership teams, driving market leadership in automation-led enterprise transformation.

Earlier in his career, Milan Sheth spent nearly two decades with EY, serving as National Director and Partner – Technology Sector and Managing Partner – TMT Advisory, where he led C-suite advisory engagements, enterprise transformation programs, and sector growth strategies for leading technology and telecom organizations.

He began his professional journey at Ramco Systems Corporation, working on enterprise ERP implementations across complex process industries.

Milan Sheth holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
