Greater Delhi Area, India, January 2026 — FretBox has announced the appointment of Dr. Satya Vir Singh as Chief Experience Officer (CXO), marking a strategic step toward strengthening client engagement, institutional growth, and market expansion. In his new role, Singh will lead high-impact advisory engagements and contribute domain expertise to drive measurable transformation and positioning for the organization.
As CXO, Satya Vir Singh will steer the end-to-end client experience strategy, focusing on building high-value, long-term relationships to enhance retention, loyalty, and advocacy. He will also spearhead growth initiatives across Indian and overseas markets, developing partnerships and solution-led business development aligned with FretBox’s 2030 Vision, with a clear mandate to accelerate revenue and customer outcomes.
Before joining FretBox, Dr. Singh served at Geeta University as Registrar and currently contributes as Professor of Practice – Faculty of Computer Science. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in academic governance, accreditation readiness, digital transformation, and regulatory liaison with bodies such as UGC, AICTE, NAAC, and NIRF, positioning the university for future-ready growth.
Earlier, at Sharda Group of Institutions, he held multiple leadership roles including Director of Alumni Affairs and Vice Rector & Registrar of Sharda University Uzbekistan, where he oversaw academic and administrative operations, policy implementation, and stakeholder collaboration across international campuses. His initiatives strengthened alumni engagement, institutional processes, and cross-border academic governance.
Dr. Singh also served as Registrar at Skyline University Nigeria and Eureka Africa Group of Institutions, Ghana, contributing to industry-academia integration, technology-enabled learning, and inclusive education models. His early career at NIIT Limited and Birla Public School Doha focused on technology education delivery, institutional alliances, and ICT infrastructure management.
An accomplished academic, Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Azteca University, Mexico, an MCA from IGNOU, and completed the Chief Technology Program (CTO) from IIT Kanpur & MeITY, reflecting his blend of technology leadership and educational strategy.
