Parsippany, New Jersey, United States, January 2026 — Hari Reddy has taken on the role of Chief Product Officer at GAF, marking a significant leadership appointment as the company strengthens its product, innovation, and technology agenda. In his new role, Hari will lead enterprise-wide product strategy and product management, aligning innovation, R&D, and commercialization to support GAF’s long-term growth and market leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Hari served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at GAF, where he spent over three years shaping the company’s technology and innovation roadmap. During this period, he played a central role in advancing R&D capabilities, accelerating innovation cycles, and strengthening the integration between technology, manufacturing, and product development.
Before joining GAF, Hari held senior leadership roles at Amcor, where he served as Vice President, R&D and Product Management, leading product management, innovation, and application development for a multi-billion-dollar regional business. His earlier tenure at Bemis Company, Inc. saw him build and lead world-class teams of product managers, scientists, and engineers, delivering differentiated packaging solutions and driving sustained margin and product vitality growth across North American markets.
Hari’s global leadership experience also includes senior R&D and general management roles at Ecolab and Nalco, where he led profit-and-loss responsibilities and established advanced R&D capabilities across the energy and industrial water treatment sectors, particularly in Asia. He began his career with Dow, spending over a decade in R&D leadership roles across the United States and China, contributing to global expansion initiatives and the commercialization of advanced building and materials solutions across multiple industries.
Hari holds a PhD in Materials Engineering & Science from Virginia Tech and has completed Executive Leadership in Strategy and Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management, bringing together deep technical expertise and strategic leadership.
