In this strategic leadership role, Gabrielle will lead N-SIDE’s global HR function, focusing on talent development, organizational growth, and employee engagement to support the company’s mission of creating a sustainable and efficient world through technology and innovation.
Gabrielle’s elevation to CHRO is a reflection of her exceptional growth journey within N-SIDE and her strong commitment to building a purpose-driven and people-centered culture. Over the past four years, she has played a critical role in advancing HR processes, fostering inclusion, and aligning the people strategy with the company’s fast-paced expansion in the life sciences and energy sectors.
Gabrielle has been part of N-SIDE since 2021, progressively advancing through multiple roles within the organization. Most recently, she served as Head of People and Culture, where she led strategic HR initiatives, championed leadership development, and strengthened N-SIDE’s global employee experience. Prior to this, as HR Business Partner, she was responsible for aligning business priorities with people strategy, focusing on talent retention and cross-functional collaboration.
Earlier, Gabrielle held the roles of Human Resources Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where she contributed to streamlining recruitment processes, nurturing employee onboarding programs, and reinforcing N-SIDE’s employer brand as a top-tier organization committed to sustainability and innovation.
Before joining N-SIDE, Gabrielle gained foundational HR and consulting experience at Tempo-Team Belgium, where she worked as a Consultant, supporting clients across the Walloon region in recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Gabrielle holds an academic background from Université catholique de Louvain, where she also gained research and practical experience in psychology and behavioral sciences—expertise that complements her empathetic and human-centered approach to leadership.
