Brussels, Belgium, January 2026 — Arnaud Spirlet has started a new position as Chief Business Officer at NRB, where he will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s commercial strategy, accelerating business growth, and advancing NRB’s positioning as one of Belgium’s leading ICT services groups.
In his new leadership assignment at NRB, Arnaud Spirlet brings deep expertise in digital transformation, strategic leadership, and large-scale technology business management across Belgium and Europe.
Most recently, Arnaud has been serving as Chief Executive Officer at Win s.a. and Computerland Belgium (both since early 2025), leading business growth and strategic direction in the Belgian technology and services ecosystem.
Prior to this, he spent over eight years at Cisco, where he served as Managing Director Belux, heading the Cisco organisation in Belgium and Luxembourg and driving digital transformation and innovation with customers and partners across the region.
Before Cisco, Arnaud worked for nearly two years at Logicalis as Head of Europe, overseeing a broader European leadership mandate in a dynamic ICT services environment.
A major part of his leadership journey was built during his nine-year tenure at Unify, where he held several senior roles, including Senior Vice President, Head of Alliances West Europe, General Manager Belux, General Manager Cluster West, and General Manager Cluster WestEurope / MEA. In these assignments, he carried P&L responsibility across multiple markets, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and large international regions including Africa and MEA, leading multi-country teams and shaping strategic growth.
Earlier, he was with Siemens for about three years, holding roles including Sales Support Manager (leading pre-sales activities for Belgium and France with management responsibility for a team of 30+ solution engineers) and Head of Project Management, along with earlier project management responsibilities.
Arnaud Spirlet holds an MBA in International Management from Vlerick Business School.
