In this expanded leadership role, Anant Agarrwal will lead strategic initiatives spanning brand and demand generation, inside sales performance, revenue operations enablement, and capability-building through Cogent University, supporting the company’s continued growth across IT consulting and workforce solutions.
With nearly five years at COGENT Infotech, Anant’s journey reflects consistent progression and strong business impact, marked by measurable growth outcomes in revenue expansion, lead generation, automation-led efficiency, and cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, product, and learning functions.
Before his promotion, Anant Agarrwal served as Director – Marketing, Innovation and Inside Sales, where he strengthened Cogent’s marketing strategy and innovation agenda while improving inside sales execution. During this phase, he helped build scalable systems and standardized processes that supported long-term sales alignment and improved organizational efficiency.
Earlier, he was Associate Director – Marketing and Inside Sales, a period in which he accelerated marketing performance and established a strong foundation for strategic brand building. Notably, he advanced from Assistant Brand Manager (2021) to Associate Director through high-impact contributions, including building the marketing team’s vision and positioning the function as a key growth engine.
Over the course of his leadership in marketing, Anant Agarrwal played a key role in launching Cogent Workforce Solutions, helping position it strongly in healthcare staffing, and contributed to major business outcomes such as increased lead generation, improved conversion rates, and significant revenue growth through campaign execution and pipeline expansion.
He also served as Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, where he managed global brand strategy, drove integrated campaigns, established brand guidelines, and strengthened stakeholder collaboration. His focus on market intelligence, data-driven strategy, and technology adoption further accelerated Cogent’s visibility and growth.
Before joining Cogent, Anant gained strong commercial and customer-facing experience through roles at Club Mahindra Holidays and Resorts, and earlier at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group), where he contributed to growth initiatives, sales execution, and stakeholder relationship management.
