North Carolina, United States, January 2026 — Jacquelyn Martin has been appointed as Chief Quality Officer (CQO) at Veranova. In her new role, she will be responsible for global Quality and Regulatory Compliance across Veranova’s sites, partnering with executive and site leadership teams to provide strategic direction, sponsor quality initiatives, and foster a world-class quality culture across the organisation.
Jacquelyn brings deep expertise across pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness. In her current role at Veranova, she is focused on strengthening global quality systems, enhancing compliance maturity, and supporting operational excellence across complex manufacturing environments.
Prior to joining Veranova, Jacquelyn served as President at J. M. Martin Consulting, where she advised sponsor organisations, contract manufacturers, and private equity firms on organisational transformation, inspection readiness, remediation strategies, and compliance-focused due diligence.
Earlier, she held multiple senior leadership roles at Alcami Corporation, including Chief Quality and Regulatory Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President of Quality and Regulatory, and Vice President of Quality Operations. In these roles, she led quality and regulatory oversight across multi-campus manufacturing, laboratory, packaging, and biostorage operations, and was instrumental in building and sustaining a high-performing quality culture.
Her career also includes leadership roles at TriPharm Services, Gilead Sciences, and AAIPharma Services Corp., along with earlier experience in quality services, microbiology, and molecular biology, providing her with a strong end-to-end perspective on quality and compliance across the pharmaceutical lifecycle.
