Seattle, Washington, United States, February 2026 — Jessica Dubrule has stepped into the role of Vice President, Head of Talent Management at Seattle Credit Union, where she will lead the organization’s talent strategy, focusing on developing people capabilities and strengthening workforce effectiveness.
Before assuming her new role, Jessica Dubrule served as Vice President of People Operations at Seattle Credit Union, where she led people operations and contributed to strengthening the institution’s human resources framework. Her tenure reflects deep experience in building people-centric systems that support organizational growth.
Prior to joining Seattle Credit Union, she was Training and Development Manager at Raiz Federal Credit Union in El Paso, Texas, where she focused on workforce development and capability building. Earlier, as Director of Human Resources at Alamo Auto Supply, she served as a member of the leadership team and built the company’s human resources department from the ground up.
Jessica also worked as an independent Human Resources Consultant, providing professional HR advisory services across organizations. Her earlier career includes roles as Senior Human Resources Representative at The University of Texas at El Paso, Human Resources Director at Allegiance HR Solutions Group/21st Century Resources, Inc., as well as positions at AT&T, The Human Element of Business, and TFCU – El Paso, collectively shaping a broad foundation in human resources and organizational support.
