Before joining Spark Minda, Ajay Agarwal held senior leadership roles at Vedanta Resources Plc and Vedanta Resources Limited, where he led corporate finance, group tax, and strategic initiatives from the Chairman’s office. His experience spans global tax structuring, compliance, and enterprise financial strategy. Earlier, he co-founded triageAdvisors LLP as a Partner, providing fractional CFO leadership to growth businesses.
He also brings extensive advisory experience from global professional services firms, including senior roles at KPMG, PwC, and Ernst & Young, where he advised organizations on finance transformation, tax strategy, and corporate structuring. His multi-sector exposure has strengthened his reputation as a strategic finance leader focused on sustainable value creation.
