Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, February 2026 — Maria Flora Middelboe Andersen has started a new role as Head of People and Partnerships at Reel, where she will lead people strategy and partnership development as the company accelerates the energy transition through renewable electricity solutions.
Prior to this appointment, Maria Flora Middelboe Andersen served as Head of Strategic Collaborations and Partnerships at Reel, helping shape the company’s partnership ecosystem and growth strategy. In parallel, she has been a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Business Administration and Philosophy Programme at Copenhagen Business School, contributing to academic and strategic development.
Earlier, she co-founded Station, where she served as Co-founder & Managing Director, building a prominent student and innovation hub in Copenhagen. She also held governance roles including Board Member at Elev- og Studenterkooperativet and membership in the sustainability council at Frederiksberg Kommune.
Her earlier professional experience includes roles as Project Manager at Copenhagen Business School, where she led programme communications and outreach initiatives, and Project Assistant at CAP Partner, focusing on stakeholder engagement, conference planning, and marketing.
Maria Flora Middelboe Andersen holds a Master of Business Administration & Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School.
