Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, February 2026 — David Andreasen Lyngh has started a new role as Head of People & Culture at Intellishore, joining the leadership team to drive the company’s strategic people agenda. In this role, he leads the People & Culture function, overseeing talent processes, organizational development, and HR strategy as the company continues to scale its impact in the health and AI ecosystem.
Prior to his elevation, David Andreasen Lyngh served as People & Culture Lead at Intellishore, where he built the People & Culture department from the ground up. He implemented key systems including ATS and engagement platforms, established recruitment and development frameworks, and partnered closely with leadership as an HR Business Partner while leading a growing HR team.
Earlier, he spent over three years with Radiometer as Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Professional, helping build Scandinavian talent acquisition capabilities and driving recruitment strategy in the medical device sector. Before that, he worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Netcompany, significantly improving hiring outcomes and scaling recruitment operations.
His earlier experience includes roles in recruitment and HR consulting with Capax Recruitment, as well as HR-focused positions at Nordea Liv & Pension, Adecco Danmark, GN Store Nord, and Telia Danmark, building a strong foundation in HR operations, talent management, and organizational support.
David Andreasen Lyngh holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and Services from Copenhagen Business School.
