Teleperformance has proudly announced the promotion of Lisa Huggins to the role of Regional Chief People Officer, where she will now extend her expertise and leadership across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria. This strategic expansion within the company underscores the significance of Huggins’ role in steering the people strategy for this newly formed region.
Lisa Huggins, who has been with Teleperformance for over eight years, has excelled in various leadership roles within the company, most recently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and SVP of People Operations. She started her stint with Teleperformance in 2015 and had many successful roles before her transition to Regional CPO Role.
Prior to her tenure at Teleperformance, Huggins worked with Webhelp UK and HEROtsc. She is also serving as a Non-Executive Director at NHW Enterprises and President at Ayrshire Business Women (a voluntary position).
