Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Ramandeep Singh Sadana has been appointed as Vice President – National Risk Manager at Capri Global Housing Finance Ltd.. In this role, he is leading the national risk strategy for retail mortgage, housing loans, and LAP portfolios, focusing on strengthening credit governance, portfolio quality, and sustainable growth. He is responsible for designing and implementing risk frameworks across underwriting, policy, portfolio monitoring, and early warning systems, while partnering closely with business and operations teams to balance growth with disciplined risk management.
Prior to joining Capri Global Housing Finance Ltd., Ramandeep Singh Sadana served as Director Credit at Ambak, where he streamlined home loan processing systems and oversaw the end-to-end credit lifecycle to enable efficient and timely approvals.
He earlier held senior credit leadership roles at India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, working as Credit Head – North, East & Central and Credit Head – South India, managing underwriting operations across regions and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance credit quality and operational efficiency.
Before this, he worked with Shriram City Union Finance, Avanse Financial Services Ltd., and RBL Bank, building deep expertise in retail asset credit underwriting, SME lending, and risk operations. Earlier in his career, he held multiple leadership roles at Gurunanak Associates, overseeing credit, collections, operations, and business management.
Ramandeep Singh Sadana holds an MBA in Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science.
