Most recently, he served as Head of Recruitment – Stores & Healthcare, where he led large-scale hiring strategies supporting both retail stores and healthcare operations across the UK. Prior to that, he held the position of Recruitment Operations Manager, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and service improvements across recruitment delivery.
In his new capacity as Head of People Services, Matt will oversee the delivery and transformation of HR services, focusing on operational effectiveness, employee experience, and scalable people processes to support over 52,000 team members nationwide.
