Delhi, India, February 2026 — Parag Bhatnagar has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at ALDE MEDI IMPEX LIMITED. In this role, he will head HR for the organization’s corporate set-up and its upcoming large manufacturing plant in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, leading group-wide people strategy and organizational development.
Prior to this appointment, Parag Bhatnagar served as Corporate HR Head at Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he was the organization’s first corporate HR head. He led restructuring across HR, administration, business development, operations, legal, and institutional sales functions, managed major HR audits, strengthened employee engagement, implemented HRMS initiatives, and supported onboarding of senior leadership. He also played a key role in organizing the company’s high-profile 20th anniversary global conference.
Earlier, he was CHRO at Supertech Limited, managing strategic and operational HR for approximately 5,000 employees across multiple group entities, including residential and commercial properties, hospitality assets, malls, and education ventures, with a strong focus on operational excellence and HR business partnering.
He previously served as Head of Human Resources at MBD Group and Head Operations & HR at Hospitality Services India, overseeing large multi-location operations, HR business partnering, CSR initiatives, and union settlements while driving operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Earlier in his career, Parag Bhatnagar held senior HR leadership roles at IRPPL, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he managed HR operations in unionized environments, supported major project launches, and strengthened industrial and employee relations across large teams.
