Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 —L’Oréal India has elevated Nirali Bhagudia to the role of Assistant General Manager – Rewards, marking a significant step forward in her leadership journey within the organization.
In this expanded mandate, she will provide strategic leadership across Compensation and International Mobility. Her responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs such as annual increments driven by rigorous market benchmarking and analysis. She will also lead compensation strategy development, job evaluation and grading frameworks, regulatory compliance, and policy governance.
On the International Mobility front, Nirali will partner with a diverse expatriate population, oversee global assignment policies, manage complex relocation and immigration processes, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and provide structured support to assignees and their families.
Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Manager – Compensation, Cost Management/HR Controlling and Global Mobility at L’Oréal, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening total rewards frameworks and HR cost governance. Her earlier experience includes roles at Danaher Corporation as Senior HR Business Partner and at Kimberly-Clark, where she led Compensation & Benefits and HRBP mandates across India, contributing to talent strategy, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Nestlé Skin Health and HCL Infosystems Ltd., building strong expertise across total rewards, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
An alumna of Welingkar Institute of Management with a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Nirali brings over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. In her new role, she will continue to strengthen L’Oréal India’s rewards architecture and global mobility frameworks, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
