Hyderabad, Telangana, February 2026 —Anuradha Sastry has been appointed as Business Head – Automation, an initiative incubated within Mangal Industries, part of the Amara Raja Group. In her new role, she will lead the automation line of businesses and drive manufacturing digitisation across the group’s companies, advancing its Industry 4.0 and digital enterprise ambitions.
Prior to this appointment, Anuradha served as Director at PwC India, where she spearheaded PwC’s Strategic Charter across the manufacturing sector. She empowered clients through business, process and digital transformation initiatives, delivering innovation-led solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Earlier, she was Strategic Client Director – Energy & Utilities at Oracle, supporting leading Indian energy and utilities organisations in digital and cloud strategy development, validation and implementation. During her tenure, she was also recognised as an ODAN Ambassador, FY22 JAPAC Diversity & Inclusion Champion, and a participant in the Oracle Women’s Leadership Senior Leadership Program.
Before Oracle, Anuradha spent six years with Cisco, driving customer digitisation initiatives across manufacturing, energy and utilities sectors. Her work focused on Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0 & IIoT, Digital Enterprise solutions, Blockchain, Digital Twin technologies, and real-time data analytics systems.
She has also held leadership roles at IBM, Hewlett-Packard, HP, Lucent Technologies, and Bharti Airtel Limited, building extensive expertise in enterprise sales, digital transformation, technology financing, and client relationship management across diverse industries.
Her appointment reflects Amara Raja Group’s commitment to expanding its automation and advanced manufacturing capabilities, strengthening its innovation-driven growth agenda.
