Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — UiPath has appointed Arjun Laxminarasu as Head of Marketing – India and South East Asia, effective February 2026.
In this regional leadership role, Laxminarasu will drive marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market acceleration across India and South East Asia, strengthening UiPath’s footprint in the rapidly evolving AI and automation ecosystem.
Prior to joining UiPath, he spent over five years at ServiceNow, most recently serving as Senior Director, Marketing, India. During his tenure, he led regional marketing initiatives, strengthened demand generation programs, and supported strategic growth across enterprise segments. He previously held the roles of Director and Senior Manager, Marketing, progressively expanding his leadership scope within the organization.
Earlier, he served as Head of Marketing – India & SAARC at Qlik, where he led regional marketing strategy and brand expansion efforts. Before that, he worked with Salesforce as Manager, Business Development, India, leading inside sales teams and driving pipeline generation, demand creation, campaign analytics, and territory strategy. He began his professional journey with Accenture, gaining early experience in marketing operations and stakeholder management within global business services.
Laxminarasu completed the Executive Program – Data to Decisions at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, further strengthening his expertise in data-driven strategy and marketing analytics.
With over 15 years of experience across enterprise technology marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and regional market expansion, he brings strong strategic and execution capabilities to UiPath’s growth ambitions across India and South East Asia.
